    The people and the low layers of management


    There is no defined growth path. Zones doesn't utilize their people full ability. They prefer to higher new people who seem to never work out. Trying too grow to big, too fast. Zones has lost sight of the pace, and the people, that got us here.

    Advice to Management

    Don't call people outside of Account Executives "resources". That is demeaning as most of the inside sales teams are 70% of sales. Pay attention who are your power people and grow them up.
