    I have been working at Zones full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Zones has grown hand over fist the past decade, and there is a lot of potential in the future. They continue to make changes under a new CEO, but it is extremely difficult to perform at the sales goals they expect. Goals rise every month, and are out of reach for the average account executive. Managers range in experience and knowledge.

    Cons

    ALthough the positions are described as "salary", it is an hourly position. Management requires breaks at specific times, and often times you work through lunch without getting paid (if you are performing, and have clients to work with). Account Executives can tend to feel micromanaged by their managers, and are often left without progress goals, and a vague idea of how to obtain new clientelle

    The lack of follow-through on new initiatives leads to confusion and distrust in the benefit of working for Zones.
