    Pros

Forces you to learn and pick up on things quickly. If you are smart you will do fine, but for the salary they have a hard time getting smart people to accept the salary. Good experience if you can't find anything else in your field to fill your resume, but don't expect a significant promotion or raise in line with other tech companies.

    Cons

Micromanagement, even at times down to the minute. If something is wrong with the software for a client, it is your fault and the client and management will both attack you until it is fixed, then you will move on to the next fire once you are done with that, assuming you can keep off the phone that customers can call at any time with any question they desire on demand.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The goal of the company isn't to keep its good employees, but if it was they would give them some autonomy, don't micromanage, and just be there to answer questions from your employees when needed, not the other way around.
