    I worked at Zozi full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great work space: fully stocked kitchen + amenities
    Location: centrally located between the Financial District and North Beach
    Culture: super fun, great people
    Benefits are great
    Lifestyle Brand

    Cons

    First time Managers
    First time Directors
    First time VP
    First time CEO

    Many of these reviews were fabricated by management.

    There was an inside joke "it's a blind captain leading the deaf and the mute." Don't worry, many people who made these jokes left once this joke became a reality.

    Many of my frustrations came from the sales organization, here are a few reasons why:
    Terrible execution - never fully explaining anything to the sales organization
    Micromanagers - sales team had to be in the office at 8am, daily call quotas enforced by management
    Marketing strategy is unclear
    Uneven allocation of resources to products
    I was there for almost 2 years, and they changed the compensation plan 4+ times

    In the future, be more careful when considering your management team.
