    I worked at Zumba Fitness full-time

    Pros

    They close for a multitude of holdays and close early.

    Cons

    ​Where to start........................At one point I was so hopeful and really enjoyed going to work and then I realized that as "nice" as they are it's all fake and they don't care ​all ​they take and take​. ​The ​managers​ in customer care​ have no idea what they are doing​.​ ​They ​have no policies what so ever. They DO NOT promote from within despite being told that they do. No job security at all in the time I have been with them they have announced 4 layoffs!!! The most recent one is the big customer care announcement​! At some point they are moving the department to Bulgaria and only keeping a select few people in the US office. So do you have a job??? You don't know because they aren't going to tell you until it's convenient for them. Do they not realize that people have families, bills and financial responsibilities??? It's bad enough they pay terribly and make employees pay higher out of pockets costs and now you don't even know if your going to have a job or benefits in the new year. Oh and to add even more salt to the wound they haven't even told people about packages other than a comment that you have to be in good standing otherwise no package.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    ​​Start paying attention to what's going on in your own company. ​If you took the time to send out anonymous surveys maybe you wouldn't need to lay so many people off and or move your customer care to Bulgaria. ​Your customer care managers and people and culture​ department are nothing but lawsuits waiting to happen. ​I hope for your sake that you will start listening before it's too late.
