Great products, good discount, client styling is fun. Bebe has a strong brand so if you can fit in it can be fun

corporate forces you to follow policies, but when a customer gets mad about it they reprimand you. no rewards for employee loyalty, low pay they expected you to make up for that with commission, but if you work in a struggling store it is very difficult to make it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should stop subordinating stores and throwing employees under the bus for policies you created that customers dislike. Struggling store employees have to work a lot harder than those at other stores and are paid less because they have less sales volumes. In stores like that you need to get stylists who have a lot of experience and they will want higher pay.
