You get paid weekly and receive a SMALL bonus every month. If you're lucky, you'll have some great coworkers. Also, if you decide to stay long enough, you'll also get a free trip to Anaheim, California to the corporate office.
-No opportunities for advancement unless you're in a bigger office, willing to relocate, or wait for someone to get fired or quit(more likely of the two).
-Unless you are lucky to receive some decent accounts on your desk, meeting the numbers expected from you is going to be nearly impossible.

-The CONS outweigh the few PROS there are with this company. Unless you like being referred to as a number and have someone breathing down your back 24/7, I recommend you keep looking. There's no surprise why the turnover rate with this company keeps growing...
Advice to Management
Don't forget that your sales team are people too and that you were once in their same spot. If you keep setting unrealistic expectations basically setting your teams up to fail, don't plan on anyone caring enough about their jobs to really try their best.
