    Product Supply Rotational Program Overview

    The Product Supply Rotational Program is to provide a focused experiential 8- week development opportunity learning product supply planning. This program is designed to focus on learning our eight (8) functions of product supply planning: demand, production, fulfillment, logistics, raw materials, sourcing, network, and bottler sales.

    Upon successful performance of the Product Supply Rotational Program, the Product Supply Rotational Analyst will be assessed and aligned into one (1) of the eight (8) Product Supply Planning functions.

    Product Supply Rotational Program Job Details

    The Product Supply Rotational Analyst will partner with our Product Supply Planning Function Directors. This role will learn Product Supply Planning on a rotational basis dedicated to supporting eight (8) Product Supply Planning Function Directors through leading a new project with tangible deliverable each week. The rotations are designed to challenge and grow the individuals through on-the-job training, online learning, assigned senior leadership mentors/ peer coaches, and projects that support Product Supply Planning. This rotation will include supporting each of the following PSP Functions:
    • Demand Planning
    • Production Planning
    • Fulfillment Planning
    • Logistics Planning
    • Raw Materials Planning
    • Sourcing Planning
    • Network Planning
    • Bottler Sales Planning


    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Sourcing Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the sourcing team. Learn aspects of sourcing planning including but not limited to coordinating with internal teams and external Bottlers to develop plans for production launches and lifecycle management.
    • Production Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the production planning team. Learn aspects of production scheduling including but not limited to supporting manufacturing capacity, raw material inventory levels and optimizing workloads at production sites.
    • Fulfillment Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the fulfillment team. Learn aspects of fulfillment planning including but not limited to controlling inventory levels at assigned Distribution Centers including load optimization, maintaining system maintenance settings, and planning the forward deployment of products.
    • Logistics Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the logistics team. Learn aspects of logistics planning including but not limited to ensuring pickup and delivery schedules are met, interfacing with Red Classic transportation planners to coordinate transportation planning and identifying opportunities for improved transportation performance and lowered costs.
    • Raw Material Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the raw material team. Learn aspects of raw material planning including but not limited to ensuring supply continuity for all packaging and ingredients for 11 production centers and supporting the execution of promotional packaging.
    • Demand Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the demand team. Learn aspects of demand planning including but not limited to creating and maintaining operational forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy and supporting trade team sales plans.
    • Network Planning rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the networking team. Learn aspects of raw material planning including but not limited to keeping the Product Supply Planning data elements synchronized across multiple systems and maintaining the data integrity of Supply Chain Software management tools.
    • Bottler Sales rotation: Responsible for leading process improvement projects within the department during their rotation with the bottler sales team. Learn aspects of bottler sales planning including but not limited to executing the sale and transfer of CCCI products to external bottlers and serving as the point of conduct for customer service.


    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    • Prior experience within supply chain, logistics, business administration, Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) Education in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or finance

    Work Environment

    Normal office environment, some warehouse, and manufacturing plant exposure (noisy conditions, extreme temperatures)

    The minimum salary is $65K and the max salary is $97K.
