    In the Business Development & Operations Specialist role, she/he will report to a local manager and cover the perimeter of North America. She/he will be responsible for:

    • Manage business operations and customer success by ensuring correct use of the solution and maximizing value to customers (trainings & support to plants and customers, guide the customer though the value of the solution, reporting and consulting activities to the customer on process improvements);
    • Collect feedback from customers and manage the deployment of new technical features of the solution;
    • Be responsible for the day-to-day support and customer service activities for US and CA customers;
    • Support the Business Development Manager to expand our customer base in US and CA;
    • Support Sales and business development activities to end clients, both existing and prospects. This will be performed, depending on the case, either in collaboration with Prysmian North America sales team or in direct sale;

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably management or engineering background;
    • Preferred, but not necessary, minimum experience in one of the following domains: Supply Chain, Sales and Business, Launch of New Digital Projects
    • Prior Prysmian or cable manufacturer experience is a plus;
    • Strong entrepreneurial drive to discover new ways of adding value to customers’ operations;

    ​Strong team working orientation.

    • Fluent in English, + other languages are a plus;
    • The ability to work autonomously and keep a high level of energy;
    • Enthusiasm of learning new thing every day;
    • Strong team working orientation.

    Base pay range

    The minimum salary is $56K and the max salary is $85K.
