The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining existing client base, maintaining new project management flow, developing new customers, and searching for potential prospects in their designated geographic area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong business development and account management abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
