    I have been working at comScore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good place to get involved with the industry. Flexible working time with good life work balance. Basic tech skills learned including SQL, Hadoop, R and Python.

    Cons

    Not too much learning space after 1-2 years but still might be different case by case and team by team. Mentorship is not so great.

    Advice to Management

    Improve mentorship system and help people learn more.
