Pros:  “Being a large company Sears offers the opportunity to work in various businesses and the Company is flexible about associates moving between different businesses.”

Cons:  “Large number of associates make up for the dismal state of IT systems in the company. The result is bad quality of work one gets to do. Aggressive cost cutting.” – Full Review
