I worked at dELiA*s as a contractor (less than an year)Pros
Location of their NYC office. To be honest it is very hard to think of any pro's this company offers for freelancers.Cons
I did some consulting work for delia's on a freelance/per project basis for about a year. They are utterly unprofessional in almost every aspect of running a company.
Their corporate management act like a bunch of clique-y high school girls who gossip over everything. There is never any communication on ideas they are trying to implement. It seems that higher up's instill fear into middle management with high demands and no direction.
Worst of all, they take forever to pay freelancers. Their A.P. department doesn't have the courtesy to answer any emails or inquiry as to why payment is always behind or late.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Stop acting like a buch of gossiping little girls and act more professional.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
