I have been working at dunnhumby full-time (more than an year)

Great clients (but that's easy when your parent company forces them to use you)
Generally the staff are great people

Leadership lacks direction - don't really know what the plan is just want to become a "Global Entrepreneurial Company" whatever they think that is.
HR struggle with the simplest requests
Remuneration is rubbish if you're not already management.
Promotion is a long painful and insulting process
"benefits" slowly being removed to cut costs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in people, don't treat them like a resource that can be replaced.
Decide what you want to become - in real terms, so some catchy buzzword

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
