    Company is too large to remain private. No opportunity to move up the ranks as TEAM Leads are spread too thin to see the bigger picture h

    Advice to Management

    Although the Customer Service Department is capable of dealing with service levels and clients, their hands are tied because the Customer Service provided by engineers assigned to cases lack explanation, accountability and follow-through. The same holds true for some SAMS, PM's and TL's. Until the root causes for substandard service on the infrastructure level is heavily revamped, ecw will not be leading the way in Customer satisfaction levels. A culture exists where passing the buck is acceptable. This kind of system will hurt the company. Focus on raising customer service levels to US standards. Focus less on call metrics and more on the REAL issues.
