    Good product, industry leader in EHR software. A lot of emphasis on client satisfaction. They don't micromanage employees which is good and bad depending on how you see this. It allows employee some freedom to expand beyond their job description and to advance their own knowledge of product and issues.


    No internal workflows or processes. Lack of middle management which causes constant changing of what processes they do have so employees never know what they are expected to do one day to another. Extreme nepotism throughout the company which puts people that are not trained or qualified into positions they don't know how to do. Everybody is married to somebody in the company in order to keep the spouse that is needed on an active H-1 visa status. If you don't work in the corporate office in Westbourough, MA no opportunities for advancement. Very high employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Need to stop the nepotism and reward employees who do work hard and want to advance. Create harmony in the office instead of all the unnecessary stress and conflict that are present.
