    I worked at eRevMax full-time

    Pros

    Competition is just as bad.
    You'll enjoy the job if you like cold calling for a living.
    They lend you a computer.
    Benefits are Ok.

    Cons

    Glorified telesales work environment.
    Products are now commodities.
    No technology difference from competition.
    Very Little integration with other hotel systems.
    Marketing done out of India. - No clue how to generate interest in products.
    Top management completely out of touch. I would be surprised if the company doesn't get sold...If anybody would want to buy it.
    Lots of dissatisfied employees waiting to jump given the right opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you are not moving forward there is not place to go but backwards. Innovate, differentiate. Management years ago killed the golden egg.
