    I worked at eSOL full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    It may be the right place if you want to learn some basic knowledge and skill about Real-time Embedded OS before switching to better company, since they has a good Embedded OS development environment, which you can learn the OS from the scratch.

    Cons

    Inefficient engineer has high evaluation, just because the "work attitude", while the efficient engineer has bad evaluation just because they don't pretend to be "working hard". The manager is low skill and working base on their emotional, not objective purpose.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You should evaluate your employees base on the their output of the work instead of looking at "overtime working hours". Stop pushing the efficient engineer to work for other in-efficient engineer. You should change the working style now, or you gonna be bankrupt soon.
