    I have been working at eSolutions (UAE) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    There are no pros at all.

    Cons

    Highly worst work culture , its almost like hardware installation and support people who daily visit 100 doors of clients to support or install drivers etc.
    Lot of lobbying Arabic mostly Syrian people are supported by middle management and higher management even if they are not doing any work .
    salary wise also lot of discrimination Syrian and Arabic people getting good salary than others even they have very rare expertise and skill set than others.
    Middle management fires/terminate Indian resources very frequently and there is no justice or verification from higher management for this.
    Work culture is also very bad , no process for hikes , appraisal , expense claims etc.
    work planning is extremely bad from middle management they will give you 100 hrs work and estimate given to client is 2 man days i.e. 16 hours.
    so you have to be in hell lot of pressure to achieve such impossible targets , this approach of middle management work allocation is to only Indian and non Arabic people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    there should be process for termination or firing resources , don't just follow decisions of middle management.
    Non Arabic people should be in middle management to reduce discrimination .
    expense claims for business purpose should not wait for 6 months to get it approved.
    salary slips and offer letters and increment letters should be professional on letterhead and to be provided monthly salary slips to employee.
    office should have at least AC in such desert temperature.
    chairs are broken
    no desk telephones , calling clients or colleagues for work is very costly using personal mobile
    support project should be properly planned.
    visa , health insurance and other benefits to dependent are not good and are very bad.
    salary is remaining same from joining date to working for next 4 years for almost all as there is no hike process
    work is too much as compared to work life balance and salary given
    middle management is putting lot of pressure to everyone except Syrian and Arabic people.
