    I have been working at embedUR systems full-time (less than an year)


    Almost 95%+ employees are Indian engineers, if you love to work with Indian engineers. California office may have 1-2 non Indian employees.


    Projects deadlines are so rushed that you have to put in 20+hours of work each day. Very un-professional management people, who only know how to force engineers to put in overtime, and not paying the overtime paid. Be much more organized in work load, work schedule and equipment. Un-friendly employees and un-necessary competition will not help to meet deadlines. Your people need to work in team, not just getting individual credit or favouritism. Encourage proper software engineering work, prepare proper documentation on all software designs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire other races of engineers to balance out and you will have a better mix of ideas on software engineering work. Pay on all overtime work, as it is illegal to force people to work overtime (non-exempt) and not paying overtime. Be appreciative of your employee's work and give them proper credit. Do not just force work on your employees and verbally abusive to your employees
