  1.

Solid company to work for, but less-than-competitive salaries.

    Pros

    1) Enthusiastic leadership that promotes employees to have a hand in shaping the future of the company.
    2) (Transparency) Quarterly meetings where department heads present honest evaluations of how their departments performed in the previous quarter.
    3) Relatively fun work atmosphere.

    Cons

    1) Below market salaries. Because of this, turnover is high, which means few of the low-level workers have much real experience.
    2) Crucial internal projects are never completed. Everything is held together with "bubble gum and duct tape" as it were, and requires more of the employees' time to make up for it.
    3) No training regime or materials.
    4) Lots of tight turnarounds! They could do with hiring a few more employees to help lighten the load, but in an effort to cut costs, more work gets dumped on employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Finish what you start, and hire one or two more people in each department.
