I have been working at focus pointe global full-time (more than an year)

It's a can also make your own schedule, sort of. They're flexible to a point, as long as you get it in at the start of the month.

Notice the locations for the positive reviews. If you're aiming to work in the Philadelphia call center, RUN. They put signs all around the office about record profits and say they can't afford to give a single person a raise. And the only reason the signs are up is because the President of the company will be visiting. It's the only time they even pretend to care about the people who make them those record profits.
Their new attendance system makes it very easy to fire you, but keep in mind, you're at-will hired anyway. There is no record of how many 'points' you've earned each month, and unless you can prove that you shouldn't be suspended, you will be. Unless you become a favorite of upper management, then you can get away with pretty much anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you keep treating employees the way you do, at some point, you're going to tank your own company. There are only so many people you can pointlessly fire or abuse until you run out of qualified workers. You're already almost there, by the way. I'd very much like to meet the people who write positive reviews about the Philly call center, because I have not met a single person who is happy at your company. It also says a lot that no management person has touched this page (LL, NS, SG, KF, etc) to either confirm or deny anything anyone has said.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
