The training they promised was great ! The promises they made were big !
The reality of your training and what was REAL in the field was a fairy tale. I was yelled at, cussed at , thrown out and then when sales were not what YB management expected, I was ridiculed , as not being a professional !! They did not tell us, the TURN OVER is huge !! Most do not make it...as a 2 yr person, we did not talk to new people, as we knew they would not be there 2 months from now. As a 5 yr person, management became more and more about them, and them making their numbers by breaking our backs and belittling us ! BLAMING us becasue morale is low, does;t leadership start at the top ? Cincinnati has a young manager who NEVER proved himself in the field, got lucky ( 1 1/2 yr to DM) and is a "you are my pet manager". Will kiss ass to get what he wants and step on anyone to get there !
Advice to Management
go back to really valuing your employees, stop the rah rah, stickers on your hats, or cheers in the morning, getting to throw corn hole at lunch, race car on my desk or going to childs amusement facility . I am a professional, not a child and would appreciate being treated like one.
