I worked at iAcquire full-time (less than a year)

Training was great, a good place to gain SEO/publishing experience, pay was okay for entry level position. I learned a lot while working there and I am grateful for the experience.

Mind-numbing work, complete inflexibility, workers don't take job seriously and arrive closer to 9 a.m., coworkers that never stop talking, wannabe "fun" culture, atmosphere too casual, disorganized and a severe lack of management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating your workers as if they're disposable and start worrying about the high-turnover rate. There's a reason people keep leaving.
