    I worked at iCrossing full-time

-good place to work for a year out of college, then get out immediately

    -no room for promotions
    -upper management lies to employees
-directors have no idea what is going on with its employees
-put in long hours with no reward
-don't listen to requests of employees because upper management simply doesn't care
-expected to do workload of positions above you with no promotions
-no compensation of any kind for far too long
-no one is happy to be there or go to work, in fact, its a rather depressing environment to be in
-upper management has no idea whats going on
-has been getting consistently worse and turnover is at an all time high. Every one is trying to get out fast.
