    I worked at iLink-Systems full-time (More than a year)


    Nothing.Never join in this company.


    Its a worst company i ever think. I see and heard many Talented people leaving company like Alliance manager, SVP, senior Director and principle managers, sr. managers and architects no exceptions at all levels. it's really a cheap company. Many employees leave the company with tears and bad feeling. This company abuse the concept of full time employment. they charge huge money from the clients and make employees as contractors at client place. pay very less to employees. HR doesn't know HR processes, in a company HR support to employees, here HR support to management. This is a typical Tamil(Indian state - regional language ). everyone talks in Tamil with loud voice, even HR is not exceptional. This company not treat employee as an asset for the company, if you are on project, you are safe, otherwise they will kick you very shortly and says some nonsense reasons about performance. no one cares how passionate you are. how passionate you are about the company. They just want money. These guys don't have long term vision and proper planning. I guess they won't grow and sustain in long term If your project is done, they wont able to find new client immediately. you really feel tensed and lots of job insecurity. These people wont care about employee's feelings. There is no trust at all. My sincere advice is never join here and spoil your wonderful careers.

    Advice to Management

    where to start...... where to end. there is no starting point and there is no ending point. infinite. don't play with employees careers and lives. need to develop the professionalism at work place. treat employees with respect and care about their feelings. need to develop the HR processes. need to make it CMM level 5 need to work more focused and target the big clients like Amazon and MS with big accounts many more list is big
