Pros:  “Its a job that has great benefits and it's consistent work. The pay is set and you have a 5 yr outlook.”

Cons:  “There are set raises and a point system. It's difficult balancing work and personal life due to the lack of personal time given.” – Full Review

Pros:  “Everything is very clearly defined concerning pay and benefits. No issues with getting paid on time. Also getting paid weekly is nice.”

Pros:  “Management is usually flexible if you need to take time off. The projects always vary, so you aren't working on the same thing all the time.”
