I worked at loanDepot full-time (less than an year)

The work atmosphere is great! Everybody got along and had more than just a work relationship established. Your team found be considered as your family.

The management team was extremely young and cliquish. If you were well liked then you did not have anything to worry about. The management team would talk about different employees right on the floor where other associates could hear them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think that boundaries are needed when it comes to the management team and the employees.
