    Horrible leadership, with no real sense of direction leading to ineffective meetings, sales department is struggling to stay afloat with unrealistic quotas, selling essentially the same product they have for years and increasing prices annually.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Clean house of all current management and get some thought leaders and people with experience in the type of growth that the company is starting to experience.
