“The pay is good and the work is challenging”

Pros:  “There is not a specific reason working with this company other than earning income. Being in the midst off financial difficulties, I choose to get that job than stay home…”

Pros:  “The discounts at all Nordstrom stores, including Nordstrom rack is very nice. Your experience will depend on your manager and your ability to get a long with others.”

Pros:  “Pay was ok, but the organization lacked. Needs to organize its regional offices better. Pay more commision and have a standirized rent for employees”
