Technical staff are for the most part hard working, intelligent, and dedicated to providing best service and solutions. Primary service teams per client and service type (project, backup/recovery, support, etc.) Purchase by and services integration with Ricoh shows much promise.
Poor internal communications. Extremely top down management with little line employee input. Inability to effectively address issues. Tendency to hire less experienced technical staff in markets where seasoned, advanced level staffing is sorely needed. Floundering trying to recapture a lost corporate culture.
Advice to Management
Upper management should re-examine policies and procedures, open communications with line level employees, and lessen bureaucratic layers limiting positive change and problem resolution.
