Pros:  “Salary system is good and bonuses are very nice. Some positions allow for substantial autonomy. Overal a company that is very much dedicated to safety and reliability.”

Cons:  “Autonomy can lead to boredom. Some jobs have supervisors so far removed that you end up with a lot of free time as a result of a job lacking difficulty.” – Full Review
