Location: Hybrid out of Hoboken, NJ

Basic Purpose:

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to a designated member(s) of our C-suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance with all email and calendar related needs including but not limited to monitor emails, managing calendars and schedule appointments.
• Processes expense reports and coordinates submission or all receipts, invoices, or other financial documents.
• Arranges programs, events, interdepartmental meetings, or other conferences by arranging for facilities and issuing information or invitations.
• Prepares and sends various correspondences to include letters, memos, forms, presentations, as directed.
• Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries and compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
• Coordinates with help desk to resolve any technology related issue(s) or request(s).
• Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum five years' experience in an Administrative Assistant or related capacity

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with some college or business school.
• Ability to execute on assigned projects with minimal supervision and able to independently handle daily routine.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
• Work around tight timelines successfully handling short notice changes.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
• Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Preferred knowledge of the Consumer Product Goods Industry.
