“Good job for coders”

Pros:  “Management cares about employees and good training is provided for coders. Coders have productivity standards to meet which are attainable.”

Cons:  “Coders don't have much opportunnity for advancement. Company is in the middle of a merger with Edward hospital so job security is an issue.” – Full Review

Pros:  “Overall, the organization does a lot of good for a lot of under served people. The work can be very fufilling.”

Pros:  “If customer pays well, Sodexo passes that to the employees salary. Their benefits are good, for a contract company.”

Cons:  “Vacation/holiday pay is dependent upon the customer account. Never hear from upper management.” – Full Review
