“Good experience for beginner, even though the salary is below average”

Pros:  “Variety of projects to work on, can accumulate experience because you have to do it on your own to solve a problem. A company relative new to Romanian work market.”

Cons:  “Salary below average, after 1 year you get stuck doing the same thing over and over without any new chalanges. Main focus is on production, R&D come on second place.” – Full Review
