The chance of growing with the company is pretty easy, just put in the work and a promotion is there for you. The atmosphere is laid back and fun.

The job can be very stressful at times and the company requires a lot out of you. Selling fragrances is apart of the every day goal, and it can be really stressful, it's like you're in sales.
