“Lowe's cares about each employee down to the lowest level”

Pros:  “Lowe's pays well at lower levels. Lowes gives you opportunity to advance. They give you the tools you need to perform your job and tge resources to advance.”

Cons:  “It is retail so the hours for full time positions can vary largely. You will work weekends. Only one weekend off per month unlike some retailers who offer two off.” – Full Review
