Pros:  “They really want you to work here and support career decisions. You learn a lot very fast and all of your licensing is paid for.”

Cons:  “The pay is awful and WAY below market. By leaving you could make at least 20% more. That said between vacation and fringe benefits it probably pays for itself.” – Full Review
