Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with builders, remodelers, and flooring contractors in the Central Virginia territory. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will acquire new customers, promote our products, provide sales support, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Collaborate with the internal team to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in the flooring, building materials, or construction industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve goals.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a full sales schedule.

Knowledge of flooring materials and products is preferred but not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
