    Perfectly poised to own the omni-channel customer engagement space. A growing set of very large customers including leading banks, telco's and retailers. YoY revenue going up and up. Several kep cloud components generating healthy revenue. Really well-liked and respected CEO/Founder. Great location in Silicon Valley and a new office about to be commissioned in Bangalore. Flexible re. Working from home. One of the NICEST sets of people with which I've ever worked. The founders have made sure that their values are known and pervade throughout the business.


    The time difference between India and US makes cross-geo management a challenge.

    Keep doing what you're doing. Keep focusing on making the company better and better.
