Full-time associates (scheduled and working a minimum of 30 hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental and life and disability insurance. Associates also enjoy a healthy 401(k) match, personal time and paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs and much more.

1-800CONTACTS and its associates are actively engaged with our customers, community and charitable organizations.  Our associates serve with many community, service, school, and charitable organizations contributing time, talent and their own funds.   In addition they serve on committees and in volunteer positions.  The Company donates money to Utah based 501(c)3 eligible organizations through the Corporate Contributions Committee.

1-800 CONTACTS’ charitable donations focus on, but are not limited to, health and vision related charities.  In addition, the Company provides short-term financial emergency support through the Associate Outreach Fund for 1-800 CONTACTS associates experiencing personal financial challenges.
