    Truly had working associates and manager.


    Weak and inexperienced senior management that did not listen.

    Advice to Management

    Develop year round accessories and stop spending time making new packaging instead of better products.Fire senior management and hire experienced brand marketing and product development pro's. Get Patriarch to sell so when the business makes money, the company can have a chance to grow.
