I worked at 21st Century Holding

    Pros

    - Small company, so you can touch a lot of things
    - People are for the most part very friendly

    Cons

    - It's basically a family company, so certain employees cannot be fired despite gross incompetence
    - Pay and benefits aren't great
    - Building is in a very bad part of town, and is pretty rundown

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to get rid of worthless legacy employees and allow the more professional folks (most of whom are from outside the company) make the changes necessary to take the company in the right direction.
