    I have been working at 360i full-time (more than a year)


    I can't stress how big culture is here,as it is easily the best part of the job. The company is big on both providing the tools and empowering employees to further their career development. Also with some big recent account wins, there are some really exciting opportunities available.


    Expansion has put a greater burden on employee workloads, which can be distributed unequally. Also, the emphasis on culture has fostered an environment where some individuals are given a few too many chances.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue your focus on promoting a cohesive culture. This becomes a significantly more challenging proposition as the workforce grows, but is something management seems earnestly invested in.

    Interview Details

    Easy process, met the recruiter and other people in leadership positions within the department that I might be working with. I was brought in for two separate interviews. Everyone was very friendly and asked good questions. It gave me the sense that the team was very smart and that overall it was a positive, friendly culture.
