You might get a security clearance if you come work here. There are no project managers, only product owners who are former military. They aren't technical and don't gather requirements, as far as I can tell they attend meetings but don't give developers much input.
open office space so tiny it truly is a sweat shop in the summer. CSC ruined the benefits this year in terms of health care and vacation. All the smart managers quit because of the benefits are so horrible now compared with what they can get elsewhere.
Advice to Management
Hire project managers, plan growth in terms of leadership (who will they work for, can that manager take another person on?), provide adequate office space, computing resources and internet access in the SCIF, require documentation on code written and hire more testers
