    Pros

Couldn't ask for a better group of colleagues and mentors across all teams. Individual contributions are truly valued by everyone from the CEO down, and for an ambitious individual there is plenty of room to grow. Great "corporate" culture with strong roots in its founders' principles.

    Cons

It's a growing company with frequent change, which is often a great thing, but presents its challenges.
