    I have been working at 600 Global, Inc. full-time (less than an year)


    This industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the nation. Everyone, including management, has started in the entry-level position and all positions are promoted from within. Promotions in the company are based on numbers, not tenure. Coming from corporate where tenure/politics dictate any type of growth if possible, I was sick of it and looking for a change. I am very pleased with the developmental training process into management and continue to look forward to my personal development as well.


    Starting all over working in a completely different field with initial nerves, that's normal. Giving up my comfort zone to develop quickly into a higher position? I'm ok with that. In fact other companies should do the same in my opinion. This would help stabilize companies more. For the complainers I would assume would be people who have not had past experience in management so they do not comprehend things quickly or they are slow learners.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would continue the philanthropic events, personal stories, coaching from numbers and integrity.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at 600 Global, Inc. in September 2014.

    Interview Details

    A recruiter called me in the regards of my resume, I had set up a interview the next day. Walked in to the arrowhead executive facility was greeted and handed them my resume and was called in to my interview. Went in to my interview talked about my skills and experience and it had related in to the business, learned more about the company and its background of it. After my first round interview, I was asked back for a second round around noon time. I came in for my second round interview and I saw another candidate in for the position, was pretty nervous. Went in and proceeded with the second interview went in a lot about the position and what I will be doing and going over the amazing growth in the company. After the second round was over I had to wait to see if I was going to be called back for a final third round interview, finally after wondering I received the call back! I had scheduled it for the morning after I went in meet with the president of the company spoke more to them about my new position and took the offer, had some great potential for my future.
