    1. great attention to worker needs.
    2. a good work environment with great human relations.
    3. very professional task management.


    1. not that many options to evolve unless you get connected with the correct people.
    2. a very stressful work environment due to lack of manpower. the company pushes to too many directions at the same time and there is not enough space to add additional human resources.

    take off some of the load. the resources are getting tired quickly,
