    Former Employee - Intern

I worked at A.T. Cross as an intern (less than an year)

Company is going through a massive change and I was able to make a solid impact on the company as this change was occurring. Also gained a lot of technical and soft skill experience.

Archaic architecture and some people have worked at this company for over 20 years! Cubicle atmosphere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the company a freer / more open space. The company just feels a bit old.

Comfortable Interview experience. Phone interview prior to inhouse interview. Was interviewed by my managers I would be working with and was told about History of company ,products and expectations of the internship. Was asked a little about my resume and my past work experiences . Was more of a conversation than a question and answer session.
