    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at A.T. Cross (Lincoln, RI) in August 2014.

    Interview

I applied for Product Design Engineer position online and got a phone interview first. Phone interview was pretty easy and HR person was nice. Asked about my resume. After about 2 weeks, I got an email telling me to have a on site interview. In the interview, I talked to two managers that I would be working with. After the interview, I was told I would be contacted. But it never happened. No phone calls, no emails. Even after I email them asking about the possibility of joining the company, I never got a reply. This is not what a good company should do.
