    I worked at A&P

    Pros

I appreciated the co-workers I had, there were few office politics and everyone worked toward a common goal.

    Cons

The company seems to be shrinking a bit and there have been many layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the people who are worth it, they are working to make you money as well as themselves.
